Change Of Delivery Address

Should you require a change of delivery address, kindly notify us at your earliest convenience to hello@sugarbloomcookie.com. Address adjustments can only be accommodated prior to the order being dispatch.


General

Our commitment is to provide you with exceptional service and products. While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts, occasional discrepancies may occur. In such cases, we will fulfill available products and promptly communicate any backordered items, offering the option to await restocking or process a refund.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are determined by product quantity, timing, and destination.  Local customers may opt for free pickup or delivery.


Delivery Terms

Domestic shipments typically arrive within 2-7 business days.


Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days of desired deadline. Our operational hours are Tuesday to Friday, excluding select national holidays, during which minimal shipment delays may occur.


Change Of Delivery Address

We accommodate changes to delivery addresses before order dispatch. Please ensure the accuracy of your address information during checkout, as modifications cannot be made once the order is shipped.


Returns

We regret that we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once orders have been dispatched. Custom orders undergo a collaborative sketching process, with alterations permitted prior to final approval. 


P.O. Box Shipping

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. 


Military Address Shipping

We do not ship to military addresses via courier services.


Delivery Time Exceeded

While we are not responsible for UPS, FEDEX or UPS shipping delays, we are committed to assisting in any shipping-related concerns. During peak periods, we recommend scheduling orders to arrive 1-2 days earlier to mitigate potential delays. Please contact the carrier right away with your tracking number if your order is lost, damaged or delayed. 


Tracking Notifications

Customers receive email notifications with tracking information upon order dispatch. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping provider.


Parcels Damaged In Transit

In the event of a damaged parcel, kindly reject it from the courier if possible. For delivered parcels, please notify us with the order number and photos of the damaged package/product for prompt resolution. Each order is insured via the courier shipping the order and should be disputed through their system by filing a claim.


Process for Parcel Damaged In Transit

We initiate refunds or replacements upon completion of the courier’s investigation into the claim.
