No, we don’t. Due to the perishable and/or custom nature of our products all sales are final.

We do our best to package every cookie as carefully as possible, however, sometimes breakage occurs during the procession of our shipping couriers. Each order is insured, please file a claim to dispute and email us at with your order number and photos of the damaged product and we will be happy to assist you!

No, we are not. While we don’t use nuts directly in most of our products, we cannot guarantee that there is no cross contamination.

No, all deposits are non-refundable. Each deposit made holds your requested date on our calendar and therefore makes it unavailable to anyone else.

No, we sadly can not offer a refund on our classes or a transfer to a different class. We do however offer take home cookie decorating kits that you can email us at hello@sugarbloomcookie.com to arrange a pickup date after the class has happened.

Yes, rush fees are applied to orders places less than 1 week notice. The rush fee starts at $75 and goes up based on how fast you need it.
