Andrea Goossens is a self-taught cookie designer and creative entrepreneur from Belize, now living in Colorado. With a background in architecture and interior design, she now creates edible works of art through her vibrant cookie designs. Her creations have been featured in Forbes, Vogue, Insider and Food Network. Andrea became well known as the winner of Food Network’s Christmas Cookie Challenge in 2020. Since then, she has built a successful bakery focused on community, sustainability and inclusivity. Teaching has become one of Andrea’s favorite passions. She loves the memories and skills she’s able to pass on to her students. Andrea also loves the unveiling of her custom edible art and the joy it brings to her clients. This feeling keeps her motivated and inspired to continue creating.
